All orders are subject to the availability of stock. [sgt.stch] reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, at which time, you will be notified via email. All monies will be refunded in the form of original payment if an order is cancelled by us.

We value our customers and respect their privacy. We only collect relevant customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services and promotions. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments for the items you have ordered.

We reserve the right to discontinue the use of this website to any person(s) who provides us with false or misleading information.

 

Shipping & Handling
 

All orders within Australia incur a shipping fee based on weight and service selected (standard post or registered post). Orders will be processed and posted on Mondays and Thursdays and should take about 2-5 working days to be delivered. Capital city addresses tend to incur faster delivery times, than non-capital cities.

Similarly, fees for international orders are based on weight and service selected (air mail or registered post). And could take up to 10 working days to be delivered.

We currently ship to most international countries, if you register for our store and your country is not on the list, then unfortunately we don't ship to your destination. Although, if you would like to send us an email, we may be able to work something out for you.

[sgt.stch] will not be held responsible for any additional duties/taxes incurred by your country, so please check with your local Customs for any restrictions and charges. Should you refuse to pay any additional charges and your order is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct these costs from your refund or exchange.

Payment
 

All prices quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are Goods & Services Tax (10%) inclusive.

For all Australian and International orders we accept PayPal. All purchases will be charged in Australian Dollars only. Please be aware that your bank and/or credit card company may charge you a currency conversion fee. Please check with your banking institution for any fees you may incur prior to placing your order as we are not responsible for any additional fees charged to you by any third party.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our highest priority so it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly issue an exchange provided that the following conditions are met:

1. All items must be in 100% new condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags still attached. The condition of returned items will be determined by [sgt.stch].

2. We are notified of your intention to exchange or return by email within seven (7) days of the date of delivery.

3. You follow our instructions sent to you via email for the return of the item/s.

4. Your return must be received by us within ten (10) days of the date of delivery within Australia, if international then fourteen (14) days, no slower than registered air mail.

Please note, returned items must be packaged safely and securely as we cannot accept returns that have been damaged through postage. All returned items to be sent to 3/13 Balfour Rd, Rose Bay, NSW, Australia 2029. The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore the processing of your exchange or refund may take up to five (5) days, after [sgt.stch] has received the original goods. We will repost your exchanged item free of charge or refund.
